How We Ship

Pick-Up - Call 1-800-327-0727 to Order

For local customers, we offer the option for you to come to our office and pick up your order. We are open for pick ups Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm, though we can work around that if needed.

UPS - United Parcel Service

When you choose to ship your order thru UPS in Checkout you can expect your package to be shipped out the same day, if your order is placed before 3pm EST Mon-Fri. If your order is placed another time then you order will be shipped out the follow business day.

Ground / Surepost

UPS Ground is the cheapest option and it will take the longest to get to you.

If you have a small order, under 20lbs. and in one package, your shipping method will most likely be UPS Surepost. This option takes one day longer to arrive because UPS delivers it the Post Office instead of delivering it to you. However since the Post Office delivers on Saturdays, you won't have to wait until Monday to receive your order.

To get an estimate of how long it will take a package to each you check out the chart at the bottom of this page.

3-Day Select / Second Day Air / Next Day Air

All three shipping options will ship within 1 business day. None of these options include Saturday Delivery, as they are not considered "business days" by UPS. To deliver on Saturday, UPS does have a "Next Day Air - Saturday Delivery" option for many cities, but rural areas are often not given this option. If you need your product as soon as possible, it would be best for you to call so we can go over all of the options available for your area so you understand more clearly when your expedited shipment will be delivered.

Ground Freight / Freight

This option occasionally comes up when the total weight of what you are ordering exceeds 200lbs. We are currently unable to offer a calculated rate for either option online but would still like to offer the option.

Ground Freight is basically the same as UPS Ground except that it travels differently and is usually cheaper the more you buy, up to 1000lbs. However depending on where you live, if you buy about 200lbs worth of product it's not always cheaper, but sometimes is, than UPS Ground. It's around the 250lb mark that Ground Freight is almost always cheaper.

Freight is best for the larger orders, usually over 1000lbs, but requires that the customer has a forklift because it's shipped on pallets. We take the product from their boxes and put them on a pallet and shrink wrap them. We then arrange for UPS Freight to come and pick up the order, which can happen same day or several days later depending on when the truck will be able to pick up. After it gets to the closest Freight Distribution Center, UPS will call you to arrange a drop off appointment. If you have problems scheduling one feel free to call us for help, we have a representative that can help with the process.
